Weatherbury Cottages, situated on the edge of the village, have been furnished, equipped and decorated to a high standard. They overlook meadows of the Piddle valley in the heart of Thomas Hardy country and the rolling Dorset hills. These modern cottages are built on the site of the old Kings Arms coaching inn and are warm and cosy all year.
Mead Cottage. There is a hall and downstairs cloakroom. The attractively furnished lounge incorporates a dining space and well-fitted kitchen area. French doors lead to a heated conservatory with suite. This opens onto a south facing patio and pretty terraced garden.
Mabel’s Cottage. The tastefully furnished lounge/diner opens through French doors to a heated conservatory with suite. There is a separate kitchen/breakfast room and cloakroom. Outside is a patio leading into a small walled garden.
Upstairs each cottage has one double and two single bedrooms and bathroom with over-bath shower.
There is private off street car parking for both cottages.
